Business Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Business Planning & Performance Analysis: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and KPI target setting. Monitor business performance against budgets and previous periods. Analyze performance trends, gaps, and opportunities across centers, regions, and products.
• Sales Incentive Management: Support the development and review of sales incentive schemes. Calculate monthly incentives and work with relevant teams to verify the results.
• Business Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports and analyses. Work with business teams to understand their needs and provide insights for decision-making.
  Skill Requirements:
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business KPIs.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English is preferred but not required.
  Required Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, planning, finance, or a related role.
  Required Education and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
