Mô tả công việc
- Work Location: Vinhomes Ocean Park Urban Area, Gia Lam Commune, Hanoi (Possibility of Relocation to Giang Vo, Ba Dinh, Hanoi upon project operational launch).
- Position Overview: Lead HR for a new Vinschool education project.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Strategy and Workforce Planning
- Develop HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with the objectives and implementation roadmap of the new project.
- Establish the organizational structure, headcount plan, and HR budget for each phase of development.
- Recruitment and Team Building
- Develop recruitment plans and directly oversee recruitment activities (including the recruitment of both international and Vietnamese employees)
- Identify hiring needs and candidate requirements, and coordinate with relevant functional teams to select suitable candidates.
- Build candidate pools and identify appropriate recruitment channels based on the specific requirements of each position.
- Ensure recruitment timelines are met and the quality of hires is maintained.
- HR Systems and Policy Development
Develop the position catalog, job descriptions, and competency requirements
Formulate HR policies and processes
Design competitive compensation and benefits policies covering salary, bonuses, and employee benefits
Establish HR processes
- Organizational Culture, Values and Work Environment
- Build a culture, set of values, and work environment aligned with development direction.
- HR Management and Employee Relations
Oversee the full employee lifecycle and implement HR procedures covering recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance evaluation, transfers, development, and offboarding. Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable laws and Company policies.
Maintain employee information in the Company’s HR information system.
Oversee the administration and payment of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and employee benefits.
Advise and support managers at all levels in addressing HR and employee relations matters.
Monitor workforce status, headcount changes, and key HR metrics.
Foster a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle with the Company.
Prepare periodic HR reports as required by relevant government authorities, as well as reports on workforce status, recruitment progress, budget, and emerging HR matters as requested by senior management.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, English, or related fields.
Proficiency in all four English language skills.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience; strong preference for candidates with proven track records in greenfield HR setups, the education sector, and expat management.
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong service mindset and the ability to work effectively under high pressure.
