Human Resources Officer

• Talent Acquisition: lead end-to-end recruitment for teaching, leadership, administrative, and support positions; design and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies for overseas teachers, English-speaking teachers, and high-calibre candidates; build and maintain talent pipelines; partner with school leaders to understand staffing needs; screen applications, coordinate interviews, assess candidate fit; support recruitment for hard-to-fill and strategic roles
• Employer Branding: strengthen school's reputation as employer of choice; develop employer branding initiatives; create engaging recruitment content; position school attractively; promote school to overseas teachers, English-speaking professionals, and top graduates
• People Culture & Engagement: contribute to foster positive, inclusive, collaborative school culture; contribute to initiatives strengthening employee engagement and well-being; support onboarding for new hires, especially overseas and expatriate staff; organize internal activities; serve as trusted HR partner
