Responsibilities:
• Focus on company awareness, reputation management, social media engagement, attracting qualified candidates that help ILAV recruiters to achieve supply targets of both expat and local staff
• Build and manage channels of Employer Brand/Sourcing such as: recruitment websites, Facebook Career pages, LinkedIn Career, external job sites, etc.
• In charge of graphics such as images and video to promote core employee values proposition (EVP)
• Build and execute content plans
• Track, measure and analyze engagement rate, virality rate, number of new followers on Facebook and Linkedin, etc.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition/ Expat Recruitment team to create and execute campaigns/ events/ activities for Employer Branding

Skill Requirements:
• Strong command of both written and spoken communication in both English and Vietnamese languages

Required Experience:
• Able to use Canva/ Ai/ Pts/ Ae
• Know how to write EB-related content in a clear and concise manner
• Energetic attitude and possess strong initiative
• Have a keen interest in Employer Branding and People-related topics along with their value for the company
• Candidates with experience in Employer Branding/ Creative/ Communication are highly preferred

Required Education and qualifications:
• Fresh Graduates with Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ HR/ Business Administration are welcome to apply
