Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist the TA Manager (TAM) in forecasting headcount needs and planning recruitment drives based on center growth and seasonal demands; Assist the TAM in overseeing screening, coordinating interview schedules, and participating in interviewing TA candidates to maintain quality standards
• Performance Management, Reporting & Operations: Assist the TAM in tracking, analyzing, and consolidating data to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports regarding TA Turnover Rate, Headcount, and Performance KPIs; Assist the TAM in monitoring TA performance metrics (e.g., LMS task completion, parent communication, attendance) and working with Line Managers to address underperformance; Ensure TAs adhere to the TA Handbook, TA Code of Conduct, and company policies; Maintain up-to-date administrative records and contracts
• Compensation, Cost Management & Recognition: Calculate overall TA labor costs, including hourly pay, payroll verification, and budget tracking every month; Assist the TAM in executing TA recognition and incentive schemes tied directly to value metrics (e.g., re-enrollment rates, parent satisfaction scores/CE feedback, class retention)

Skill Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2+ level / IELTS 6.5+ equivalent), both written and spoken
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Tables, data visualization) with a strong ability to read data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for management
• Strong numerical acumen for cost calculations, budget tracking, and incentive schemes
• Fast worker, quick learner, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the English Learning and Teaching field

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
